Overview
At Firmware Center, we specialize in the sale and delivery of digital firmware files, recovery packages, service software, and related downloadable products.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once a download has been delivered or access to the file has been provided.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and agree to the terms outlined below.
Digital Products
Our products consist of downloadable firmware files, recovery packages, service software, installation resources, and technical digital content.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned and access cannot be revoked after delivery, we do not offer refunds simply because:
- You changed your mind.
- You no longer require the file.
- You purchased the wrong file by mistake.
- You were unable to install the firmware.
- You do not possess the required tools, software, or technical knowledge to perform the installation.
- Your device has a hardware fault unrelated to the firmware supplied.
- You expected a different firmware version than the one advertised.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The file supplied does not match the product description.
- The download is corrupted and a replacement cannot be provided.
- The file is proven to be incorrect for the model listed in the product description.
- Duplicate purchases made accidentally within a reasonable timeframe.
- Technical issues on our platform prevent delivery of the purchased file.
Any refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Technical Support
If you experience difficulties installing a firmware package, we encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund.
In many cases, installation issues can be resolved through troubleshooting or by providing an alternative installation package where available.
Canon Firmware Purchases
Many Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE (iR-ADV), imageRUNNER DX (iR-DX), imageFORCE (iF), and related systems require Canon SST (Service Support Tool) software to install firmware.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have access to the required installation tools before purchasing.
Where available, USB-installable firmware packages may be requested by contacting support with your order number.
Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
If you are unsure which firmware package is required for your device, please contact us before ordering.
We are happy to assist in identifying the correct firmware version.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your download link or experience account access issues, please contact us.
We will investigate and ensure that access to the purchased product is provided.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks for successfully delivered digital products may result in account suspension and the removal of download access.
